Purchase and Sales

This often concerns homes, commercial properties, rental properties or office properties that are not (yet) optimally marketable. Stadswacht provides advice about the options and offers you the opportunity to offer your property directly to us.

After selling your property, our team will work to resolve any imperfections. If necessary, the building is completely renovated, restored or transformed and then a beautiful building is returned to a new owner, to new or existing tenants.

Investments

Stadswacht invests independently in real estate by purchasing properties for the long term.

Such an investment requires real estate knowledge to make the right decision for each object. We analyze all potential real estate investments with a very critical eye. To this end, we map out all opportunities and risks – from the location and maintenance condition of the object to the local real estate market.

Project development

We focus with great passion on (re)developing high-quality buildings. We do this independently or in collaboration with partners.

We like to surprise with our vision, seize opportunities, inspire with fresh ideas and sustainable solutions. Translating objectives into a well-thought-out and feasible plan is central to us. Our mission is to be able to look back on our projects with pride.
