The building at Albert Cuypstraat 20, together with number 22, was sold by Stadswacht B.V. in December 2012. purchased.

In May 2015 we started a total renovation of the building at number 20

The building consists of a commercial space on the ground floor and 3 upstairs apartments each with an attic floor. The business space on the ground floor has an extension and is rented to a travel agency. This store has been held as an investment. The upstairs apartments at number 20 have new balconies of 2 meters deep at the rear facade. Dormer windows have been installed in the top floor. New window frames have also been installed at the front and rear. After the thorough renovation, the three homes at number 20 were all rented out through Expat Housing and managed by real estate agent Van Staveren.

A recent foundation investigation has shown that the foundation has code II. The building is on private land and is also immediately divided.
