The building at Albert Cuypstraat 22 was acquired by Stadswacht B.V. in December 2012. purchased.

The building consists of a commercial space on the ground floor and 3 upstairs apartments each with an attic floor. The business space on the ground floor has a new extension and is rented to Venkel. This store has been held as an investment. The houses at number 22 have new balconies of 2 meters deep at the rear facade. Dormer windows have been installed in the top floor. New window frames have also been installed at the front and rear. The three homes at number 22 were all sold after thorough renovation through real estate agent Van Staveren.

A recent foundation investigation has shown that the foundation has code II. The building is on private land.
