The building at Baarsjesweg 288 was purchased by Stadswacht B.V. in 2019. purchased. On the ground floor there is a business space of +/- 200 m2. which became vacant immediately after delivery of the property. The three upstairs apartments have been rented. The facade of the building was cleaned and re-pointed immediately after purchase. In August 2020, a permit was granted to renew the foundation of the building and to demolish the extension and rebuild it. The rear facade shell will also be renewed. The property was purchased to hold as a long-term investment.
