The investment property at Hoofdweg 453 is owned by Stadswacht B.V. purchased in 2017. The building, consisting of 4 houses and a spacious attic, is located on private land. The house on the ground floor with spacious garden is socially rented, the same applies to the house on the 1st floor. The houses on the 2nd and 3rd floors are rented in the private sector and have been renovated by the previous owner. All homes have a balcony at the rear. The property will be held as an investment for the long(er) term.
