The buildings at Jacob van Lennepstraat 15 and 17 were purchased by Stadswacht B.V. in 2010. At the beginning of February 2012, Stadswacht B.V. started the thorough renovation. The work includes renewing the window frames, creating new layouts and creating various outdoor spaces. The attic floor, which is used as a storage room, will be converted into a home with its own entrance from the second floor. In any case, both buildings have been thoroughly renovated and split into 8 apartment rights. The homes are then sold via Mar. J. Heule Real Estate.
