The building at Pieter Aertszstraat 33 was purchased by Stadswacht B.V. in 2011. In September 2013, Stadswacht B.V. started the renovation and the apartment was delivered turnkey to various buyers in February 2014.

The building at Pieter Aertszstraat 33 was purchased by Stadswacht in 2011. At the time of purchase, the building was fully rented, except for the ground floor and basement. After the purchase, Stadswacht employees assisted the tenants of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd + 4th floors in finding an alternative rental home so that the building could be thoroughly renovated. After the entire interior of the building was demolished, renovation started in September 2014. The renovation work consisted of closing the light shaft and expanding the 4th floor with a roof terrace above. The balconies on the first, second and third floors have been deepened to 2 meters. The concrete floor in the basement has also been replaced and re-founded.
