The building at Postjeskade 77 in Amsterdam was purchased by Stadswacht in 2016. The building consists of 4 houses and an attic storage room. The houses on the 1st and 2nd floors have been completely renovated by the previous owner. The houses on the ground floor with garden and the house on the 3rd floor are somewhat dated. Stadswacht keeps the building as an investment for the long term.
