The building at Rhijnvis Feithstraat 6 was purchased on October 19, 2016 and immediately purchased on October 26, 2016. Due to its financial strength, Stadswacht is able to purchase and dispose of real estate very quickly. The building at Rhijnvis Feithstraat 6 is a building with various descriptions.

After the delivery date, Stadswacht developed a well-thought-out plan with the team of architects. Given the poor foundation of the building, Stadswacht offered the tenant of the ground floor an alternative rental home, which they accepted. A tight schedule has been drawn up with the Municipality of Amsterdam regarding the work to be carried out by Stadswacht, namely;

– foundation repair;
– making constructive breakthroughs;
– renewing the frames with HR++ glass at the front and rear;
