Stadswacht B.V. purchased the building at Tolstraat 85 in Amsterdam in May 2014.

Now that the permits are already irrevocable, work has started. First of all, the foundation will be renewed. The homes on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors will have sunken balconies of 2 meters. The outdoor areas of the floors will be +/- 14m2. The attic floor will be converted into living space with a balcony of 2 meters deep and a roof terrace of +/- 48m2. The window frames at the front and back are being renewed. Naturally, the facade will be grouted.
