The buildings at Tweede Hugo de Grootstraat 12-14-16-18 are owned by Stadswacht B.V. purchased in 2013. The buildings with a total of 4 shops and 8 homes with associated storage areas were fully rented. The sellers of these municipal monuments had owned the property in the family since 1892. We are therefore very honored to add these properties to our real estate portfolio.
