The building at Van der Hoopstraat 127 in Amsterdam Westerpark was acquired by Stadswacht B.V. in 2014. purchased. The building spread over 5 floors (4 homes + storage rooms) was partly rented. At the time of purchase it was known that the foundation was bad. After purchase, an action plan was drawn up together with the existing tenants who were bought out or relocated. The thorough renovation started in 2015. The foundation has been renewed and the floors have been insulated. The window frames on the front and rear facades have been renewed. The balconies at the rear are deepened. The roof has been raised, insulated and equipped with a roof house with roof terrace. The building was eventually split and rented. The property will be held as an investment.
