Stadswacht B.V. has purchased the building at Witte de Withstraat 182 in Amsterdam.

The entire building, located on private land and spread over 6 floors (4 homes + shop and basement), was delivered empty by the seller. After purchase, permits were applied for to thoroughly renovate the 4 houses, which were in a particularly old state. The houses have new layouts, such as new window frames at the front and rear. All sanitary facilities such as kitchens have also been replaced, 

The building was split after the thorough renovation. All four homes and business premises were then neatly rented and held as a long-term investment.
