Stadswacht is continuously open to new partnerships with real estate agents with a focus on a long-term relationship with the aim of achieving greater efficiency and, above all, better service to the customer. This collaboration can consist of the installation of real estate, such as office and school buildings and complete buildings with homes and only shops and/or catering on the ground floor, to the management of real estate owned by Stadswacht.

Commission fee

If you, as a real estate agent, do not have a position with the selling party, you can secure your position with Stadswacht and, in the event of a successful transaction, receive a referral fee of €3,000 excl. VAT.
